- Shipping: We will arrange for the shipment of the products to you. Shipping and delivery dates are only estimates. Estimated production and delivery timelines are provided in good faith BUT ARE NOT GUARANTEED.
- Risk of Loss: All products and goods are shipped FOB Origin (Mangrovery, LLC’s location), unless otherwise agreed. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier or upon customer pickup.
